Attend Our School

Providence Global Academy is a unique live in-classroom online academy. This model of learning works best for students who are self-motivated and intellectually curious. To give you the best opportunity to succeed, the application and interview process establishes who we are as an institution and gives us insight on how to best serve you.

Applications for fall semester open January 1, 2020 and close July 15, 2020.

We also welcome requests for information for our upcoming 2021-2022 school year.

Things To Know First

The Enrollment Application is required for all students applying to Providence Global Academy. You’ll be able to choose our online campus or the physical campus in Washington State. 

You will need :

  • Contact information for the counselor or other school representative who will complete your Common Application School Report and submit your official high school transcript.
  • Contact information for one teacher (or two, maximum) who will complete the Teacher Evaluation form.

The Application Process

Start Application Process

Documents to complete at this stage:

  1. Parent/Guardian questionnaire 
  2. Current grade report 
  3. Student questionnaire 
  4. Behavioral questionnaire

Interview Stage

Upon being selected for an interview, you will receive an email to set up a one-hour video call. This call should include students and parents as it will give us a chance to get to know you better and discuss your educational and personal goals.

Full Application and Level Testing

Advancing to this stage means you made it through the interview process. It is then time to complete the full application and assessment.

This includes:

  1. School transcripts for the past two academic school years
  2. MAP (Measure of Academic Progress) Test
  3. Admissions parent questionnaire
  4. Admissions student questionnaire

Meet the Faculty

Upon being selected for the final interview, you and your family will meet with some of our department leaders from Providence Global Academy via video conference.

Decision

After our school board makes the final decision, you will receive an acceptance letter and email. This welcome letter will include your class times, school email address, login information, class syllabus, and policies and procedures.
